PeopleShare is hiring an experienced Warehouse Associate with Forklift experience to support a warehouse operation in Arlington, TX. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment and are experienced with RF scanners and powered industrial equipment.

Job Overview
In this role, you will assist with shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and general warehouse operations. Daily tasks include picking orders using an RF scanner, unboxing copiers, removing packaging materials, and safely moving products throughout the facility.
This position requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout the entire shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and process orders using an RF scanner
- Operate forklifts (Reach, Dock Stocker, or Sit‑Down)
- Safely load, unload, palletize, and stage shipments
- Perform shipping and receiving duties
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation
- Conduct cycle counts and quality inspections
- Complete daily forklift inspections
- Follow all safety policies, 5S standards, and C‑TPAT compliance requirements
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Assist other departments as needed
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs independently
- Team lift for items over 50 lbs
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching
- Ability to work on your feet for extended shifts
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
- At least 1 year of stand‑up forklift experience (Reach or Dock Stocker)
- Previous forklift certification required
- RF scanner experience
- Strong math, reading comprehension, and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and meet productivity standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Team‑oriented mindset
